How fresh is the coffee when it ships?

We roast to order — every wholesale batch is roasted after your order is placed and ships within the turnaround window for your tier. You're never getting old stock.

Can I order multiple blends?

Yes. Mixed orders across any of our six profiles count toward your total volume tier. You can split an order across as many blends as you need.

Do you offer custom labeling?

We're exploring private label options for high-volume partners. Reach out and let us know what you're looking for — we'll tell you what's possible.

What are your payment terms?

New partners pay upfront. After three orders, we can discuss net-15 terms. We keep it simple and direct — no hidden fees or confusing contracts.

Do you ship outside the contiguous U.S.?

Currently we ship to all 48 contiguous states. Alaska, Hawaii, and international shipping are not available at this time.
